Mafell's DD40 Duo-Dowel Jointer has triggered a revolution in portable joining as the only portable dual dowelling machine on the market. Never has it been easier to make strong joints when fastening pieces of wood together no matter whether the joints are butted, mitered or beveled together.

Each plunge of the DD40 makes a pair of holes into which conventional dowels are pressed. The stop system allows for accurate placement of the holes so that the companion piece is perfectly aligned. Assembly is easy and can be pre-fitted prior to gluing. No clamping is necessary. The DD40 system is faster, more precise and less expensive than any of its rivals.

This tools comes standard with a MAFELL-MAX case, wooden dowels, a glue bottle, 2 anti-slip mats and drill bits. An optional dowel drilling template makes it easy to construct precise dowel holes for shelving systems.
