Description
The MKS130Ec is an impressive saw, packed with performance features which set it apart from similarly sized saws. Sheer power and high torque take on a whole new meaning with the new high-output CUprex motor, offering digital electronics and newly developed control technology. Its speed is continuously variable according to the nature of the material and application.
Nothing is left to chance as far as safety is concerned: the MKS130Ec features a motor brake, self-closing saw guard and a riving knife. The saw's handling and behavior is complemented by a smooth starting motor, which stays constant under load, and includes speed reduction and overload protection.
Like all Mafell portable circular saws, the MKS130Ec also fits onto the Mafell guide rail system. It cuts to 60 degree angles and then returns to the 90 degree position without fine-tuning or re-squaring. Mafell saws are lightweight due to their sturdy magnesium bases, and combine a superior blade guard and dust removal system.
