- Mafell's 1.5" mortising chain for the LS 103Ec has 29 links and produces a mortise approximately 1.5" wide by 1.1" long by 5.9" deep
- Customers recommend spraying chain with LU202 Lubricant every 30 to 60 minutes of use
- 2.0" Chain users can convert to this 1.5" size by ordering a 1.5" Chain Mortising Bar
- 1.5" mortising is generally considered more versatile, whereas the 2.0" option is more durable
- This chain is also used by some legacy Mafell 1.5" chain mortisers such as the LS 103 (non-Ec), LS 102 and LS 101
