Our goal at TIMBERWOLF TOOLS is to supply you with the high quality tools and knowledgeable customer service that meet your needs for today and tomorrow. It is our experience that you will enjoy the time saving value and the quality workmanship of these fine tools time and time again.
In the unlikely event that the tool you have purchased requires service, please take the time to review the WARRANTY policy included with your product. The WARRANTY is specific to the manufacturer of the tool.
TOOLS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING
We take the time to “double box” or reinforce the tools prior to shipping them to you. However, sometimes during transit the contents get jarred, crushed or otherwise damaged. The shipment has been insured and we will work with you to rectify the situation. If your order has been damaged, please call us immediately. Keep all of the packaging materials that arrive with the tool, as the carrier may need to see how it was packaged for shipping.
Tool returns will be accepted within 30 days from date of purchase provided they are returned in original packaging and in original unused condition. You must call first to obtain a Return Authorization #. The return tool should be shipped with sufficient protection, shipping and insurance pre-paid, within three (3) days after obtaining your Return Authorization #. Your refund will be issued in like tender of the original purchase after the tool has been received and inspected by TIMBERWOLF TOOLS. Return items are subject to a restocking fee, based on the condition of the returned item.

Alaska and Hawaii customers please note that only 2-Day or Overnight FedEx Express shipping is available (or USPS Priority shipping for very small items).
Timberwolf Tools prepares all of the proper paperwork to make purchasing tools effortless by our many Canadian customers.
Canadian shipping prices include freight and customs clearance paperwork. The customer is responsible for any Duties, GST, PST, HST or other local taxes. In most cases, there are no Duties when tools move across the USA/Canadian border since Timberwolf Tools has already paid them when the tools entered the USA. The customer will be charged standard Canadian GST, PST or HST taxes by the shipping company, depending on your local province (as if you purchased the tools locally). We understand that Canadian businesses can apply for GST, PST or HST taxes to be refunded, either monthly or annually.
Please call if you would like to use USPS (Postal Service), which can often be less expensive than FedEx for lightweight shipments.
