Our goal at Timberwolf Tools is to supply you with the high quality tools and knowledgeable customer service that meet your needs for today and tomorrow.  It is our experience that you will enjoy the time saving value and the quality workmanship of these fine tools time and time again.

WARRANTY

In the unlikely event that the tool you have purchased requires service, please take the time to review the warranty policy included with your product.  The warranty is specific to the manufacturer of the tool.

DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING

We take the time to “double box” or reinforce the tools prior to shipping them to you.  However, sometimes during transit the contents get jarred, crushed or otherwise damaged.  The shipment has been insured and we will work with you to rectify the situation.  If your order has been damaged, please call us immediately.  Keep all of the packaging materials that arrive with the tool, as the carrier may need to see how it was packaged for shipping.

RETURNS

Tool returns will be accepted within 30 days from date of purchase provided they are returned in the original packaging and in original unused condition.  You must call first to obtain a Return Authorization Number.  The return tool should be shipped with sufficient protection, shipping and insurance pre-paid, within three (3) days after obtaining your Return Authorization Number.  Your refund will be issued in like tender of the original purchase after the tool has been received and inspected by Timberwolf Tools.  Return items are subject to a restocking fee, based on the condition of the returned item.

Shipping Policy


Our sales and shipping staff are in the office Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern Time.  Place your online or phone order for in-stock items by 3pm Eastern Time and FedEx will pick everything up the same business day unless there is a service interruption.  Orders placed after hours or during the weekend will be picked up by FedEx the next business day.

Orders must include a valid street address (including apartment/suite/floor number if applicable) for FedEx to attempt delivery—PO Boxes are not permitted.  Changing an incorrect address on a package that has already shipped can result in extra charges.

Orders must include a working email and phone number.  If we think there is a mistake in your order, we will place everything on hold and reach out using the contact information you provided.  Failure to respond promptly to our emails or voicemails may result in the cancellation of your order.

All shipments at Timberwolf Tools have a freight charge (unless there is a special promotion) including backorders.  If your order includes a combination of in-stock and out-of-stock products, we will contact you to see if you want to do multiple shipments or wait and send everything together to save on freight costs.

In our experience 85% of FedEx shipments arrive on time and there are no refunds for late shipments.  Whenever possible, we recommend selecting the least expensive shipping option and planning your orders well in advance.  Note that FedEx delivers on the weekends to some residential addresses.

Once a package is delivered to your address by FedEx, it becomes fully your responsibility.  There are no refunds due to stolen packages, or if there is weather damage from being left outside too long.  If your delivery requires special instructions (signature required, gate code, leave in garage, etc) you must notify us in writing by Email when the order is placed, or with a Comment in the field provided during online checkout.  If you are concerned about safe delivery in your area, please ask us about having the packages held at a local FedEx Office location for pickup.

For Alaska and Hawaii customers, please note that only 2-Day or Overnight FedEx shipping options are available (which usually arrives one day later).  Canadian, Australian and New Zealand customers can choose from FedEx International Priority or Economy services, and are responsible for paying FedEx any applicable taxes such as GST or HST before the tools are delivered.  We are not offering post office (USPS) as a shipping option until further notice.
