Mafell's 11mm slot mortising chain for the LS 103Ec has 43 links and produces a mortise ~7/16" wide by 1-15/16" long by 11-13/16" deep (11mm x 50mm x 285mm)
In theory a 10mm chain could work for 3/8" plates, but in practice this 11mm chain works better
Customers recommend spraying chain with LU202 Lubricant every 30 to 60 minutes of use
