Financing with Timberwolf Tools
With many of us strapped for cash after tax season, we thought it would be especially helpful this month to highlight some new tool financing solutions through Timberwolf Tools' partner: Marlin Equipment Finance.
Rather than putting off your purchase of much-needed equipment, Marlin can help you reach your objectives now. With new tools in your hands this week, you can immediately improve your productivity this summer rather than waiting for the next big customer check.
Marlin is a publicly-traded company on NASDAQ that specializes in helping small businesses gain immediate access to equipment through short and long-term financing programs. They have three programs (below) which we feel were made for the tool industry. Each is a win-win for all parties involved, with you as the ultimate owner of the tool:
25-Month, 15% Finance Special
Suppose you need a Mafell Z5Ec Portable Band Saw for an upcoming project, but the money for the project has not come in yet. This tool is not cheap: a new Z5Ec with an extra pack of blades and Ground shipping normally costs $6,765 USD, but Marlin's 25-Month 15% Finance Special breaks this into smaller payments that are easier to swallow.
You can start using your Z5Ec this week using three easy steps:
- Pay Marlin $1014.75 up front (15% of tool cost) plus a documentation fee, and Timberwolf Tools will ship you the Z5Ec immediately
- Pay Marlin $281.88 per month for 24 months
- Pay Marlin $1 at the end of 25 months and you officially own the Z5Ec!
This program is subject to credit approval, your company must have been in business for at least two years, and the equipment must cost at least $5000. To apply, please call Marlin manager Frank McCullough directly at 856-505-4329 or email him at email@example.com
This Marlin program allows you to finance a tool over 1 to 5 years (your choice) in smaller payments that work with your budget. The chart below gives examples of monthly payments based on the equipment cost and finance duration:
|Equip. Cost||12 months||24 months||36 months||48 months||60 months|
Once your credit application has been approved by Marlin (documentation fee may apply) Timberwolf Tools will ship you the tool at the beginning of your term. When you complete your final monthly payment, pay Marlin $1 and you own the tool! To apply, please contact Frank McCullough at 856-505-4329 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Pick-A-Payment Financing example:
a new Mafell LS 103Ec Chain Mortiser (arguably the best in its class) with a stand and chain setup runs about $5000, but you could start using your LS 103Ec in the coming week for as low as $145.80 a month!
Buy Now, Pay Later
What if you are low on cash for the next 3 months? With the Buy Now, Pay Later program, you pay Marlin a documentation fee of just $119 up front and then you begin monthly finance payments after 90 days. Payment amounts depend on the length and size of the deal, with a minimum term of 12 months.
Each Buy Now, Pay Later program is custom-made for your company and tool purchase, so please contact Frank McCullough at 856-505-4329 for more information.
FAQ: Are these lease programs? I'm only interested in owning my tools.
You might have seen "Leasing" on some Marlin materials, and while their company has other leasing programs, all three of the abovementioned programs are financing solutions, not a lease or renting scenario. You officially own the tool once your financing period is complete.
If you would like an accurate quote on any tools before calling Marlin, just respond to this email or give us a call at 1-800-869-4169. Let us know your shipping postal code and the tools/accessories that interest you, and we'll get back to you with a quote in one business day.
Hopefully this new info leads to some interesting "What-If?" conversations with your company and family. We are always on the lookout for new programs that give our customers access to the best tools. Marlin has been a great partner with Timberwolf Tools, and Frank is excited to hear from you and your friends in the industry soon!
